About Us

Fritz & Associates,Inc. was established in 2010. The firm offers a variety of interactive educational training services. These include Standardized Patient and Inter-Professional Education programs as well as both Gynecological and Male Urogenital Teaching Associates programs.

Our Philosophy

Our program is a two-fold learning experience. In addition to the comprehensive hands on approach employed in the physical exam, we also offer the student an opportunity to observe and then practice distinct verbal skills that can be invaluable in creating a positive doctor/patient relationship. Physicians who are knowledgeable and sensitive to the unique psychological and social implications inherent in this procedure are much more likely to offer their patients a more affirmative and valuable overall experience.

Nina Rhodes – President

Nina presently coordinates GYN/ GU Teaching Associates programs for Fritz & Associates Inc.  She also coordinates standardized/Simulated Patients and Inter-Professional Education projects.

Before entering the field of medical education, she studied music, acting, and recording engineering. She graduated from the Institute of Audio Research and worked professionally in those fields for 20 years. After that, she owned a home improvement company, specializing in high-end renovation, small recording studios, and elaborate home entertainment systems.
